The webinar is part of an ongoing development and research project on the application of Housing First policies in Europe, funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ programme.

The project is led by Sophia Housing from Ireland. Other partner organizations are Arrels Fundació (Spain), Housing First Berlin (Germany) and Y-Säätiö (Finland).

 Housing First Berlin has been working since 2018 with a multiprofessional team, which includes two members with own experiences of being homeless.

The webinar focuses on what they do, what is the special function and value of peer work, what is most important for the successful cooperation in the team and with the clients, and what to take into account when using the peer-approach in Housing First?
